V&A focuses heavily on the mode and manner of interaction with clients. V&A has firm policies in place such as response to any query from the client within twenty-four hours, personalised attention to the client to have direct access to direct lines of the attorneys working on its matters to provide a single window of interaction and faster turn around time.
V&A while following its standardised procedures is flexible enough to ensure that the client’s needs are incorporated, and the manner and mode of interaction is as easy as possible and in accordance with the needs of the clients.
The objective of the Firm is to achieve a high degree of efficiency between the client and the Firm with an eye on cost reduction and perhaps over a period of time a retainer system.

V&A at present is equipped to cater efficiently to the work and the clients. The Firm has an in-house team of lawyers and staff members for catering to the needs of clients. The Firm ensures that its servers are safe, and that the client confidentiality and information is securely maintained. The Firm has its own library which is constantly updated. The Firm also contributes and subscribes to legal journals and periodicals to remain up to date with latest legal situation.

PEOPLE
Vaibhav Vutts
Vaibhav is the founder partner of Vutts & Associates LLP with over 19 years practice in intellectual property rights. He holds an honours degree in Chemistry and is a practicing attorney admitted in Bar Council of Delhi and qualified patent agent.
Vaibhav has been speaker in several conferences in relation to IP including INTA, CII and GIPC. He is also visiting faculty to Indian Law Institute, a Deemed University and Craft Development Institute, Ministry of Textiles, GOI. In addition to intellectual property, Vaibhav has been actively involved transactional work such as drafting and vetting agreements.

Aamna is Partner at Vutts & Associates LLP. Aamna heads the trademark and copyright department. She also focuses on conflicts and litigation. Additionally, Aamna has been increasingly advising, drafting and negotiating contracts for her clients.

Dhruv Rohatgi
Dhruv is Associate Partner with over a decade of practice as a litigating lawyer with hands on experience in handling Civil and Commercial Laws, Real Estate, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution, Consumer Laws, Industrial Laws, Personal Laws, and Administrative Laws. Apart from litigation, Dhruv also has extensive experience in advising clients, negotiating, drafting, and reviewing deeds and documents, due diligences, regulatory compliances, amongst others.
Dhruv has active appearances before Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunal, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, State Commissions and District Consumer Forums, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Debt Recovery Tribunals, amongst others.
During his early days, Dhruv has been guided by Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, Senior Advocate and former Attorney General of India and has been associated with the chambers of Mr. Lala Ram Gupta, Senior Advocate, Mr. Manish Vashisht, Senior Advocate and Mr. Sameer Vashisht, Additional Standing Counsel, GNCTD. Anupriya is an Associate at Vutts & Associates LLP. Anupriya is part of Conflicts Team at V&A dealing with diverse intellectual property and commercial disputes ranging from trademark, copyright, design, patents and infromation technology with occasional dabbling in non-IP litigation. She also has been engaged in Trademark prosecution and transactional work including analyzing and drafting contracts.
Anupriya is a practicing attorney enrolled with Bar Council of Himachal Pradesh. Anupriya holds a Masters Degree in Intellectual Property Rights. She keen interest in research and writing.
Anupriya is also a speaker in various forums. Most recently she was a speaker Galgotias University on “Practical training for filing intellectual property in India” organized by Centre for IPR Studies (CIPRS) in association with IP Press
